FUN & FROLICK

Children’s day commemorates the Birthday of our First Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He is also lovingly called as Cacha Nehru. St. Claret celebrated the Children’s Day with fun, frolic and fiesta. Every year the 14^th of Nov is dedicated to our loving children. The students of St. Claret School had their hearts content. The day was filled with extravagance bonanza. The school was in radiant bloom with the children exhibiting their ethnic wear. Food stalls were put up by the four houses. The children along with their parents relished the various delicious such as burgers, pizza, pani-puri, bhel-puri, samosas, dosa-chutney etc. There were games with exciting prizes. There were many more amazing moments. The teachers gave their best by presenting few programs for the children. On the spot competitions were held and the school gave away handsome prizes. Our Principal Rev. Fr. Joshi K. X. wished our children with a strong message of endurance and never dying spirit.

STATE LEVEL VOLLEY BALL TOURNAMENT

A State level volley ball tournment for under seventeen was conducted by the Department of Public Instruction at Mangalore State level on 2^nd and 3^rd November 2011.

Bangalore Division team entered at the State level. They played against Mysore Division. Bangalore Division team emerged as the Runners aganist Mysore Division after a tough tackling. The pride goes to the boys of ST. CLARET SCHOOL JALAHALLI, Ramanagara and Sacred Heart Silvepura.

A Swift Step To High Spirits

Divisional level volley ball tournment for under seventeen was conducted by the Department of Public Instruction Bangalore division on 20^th October 2011at Ramanagar.

About eleven districts participated and Bangalore North District emerged as the winners. The pride goes to the boys of ST. CLARET SCHOOL JALAHALLI and Sacred Heart Silvepura. The winners will take part at state level tournment which will be held on 2^nd November 2011 at Mangalore. The players who are selected for State level are as follows
